The Civic Chorale

Dr. Lisa Adkins Runner is an Assistant Professor of Music Education in the Hayes School of Music at Appalachian State University. Lisa received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music Education from Milligan College, a Master of Arts degree in Media Services from East Tennessee State University, and a Doctor of Education degree from Appalachian State University. She has been a member of The Civic Chorale since 1980 and has served as the accompanist since 1996.
